How to Make the Switch to Organic Easier

Woman shoppingEating organic offers benefits for your health and environment. Making the switch is easier than you might think!

To start, locate organic grocery stores in your area. These sources often provide fresher produce and help support your community’s economy. Next, plan your meals with organic ingredients in mind. This will help you stay on track and make healthier choices.

Budget-friendly recipes are essential when transitioning to an organic lifestyle. Look for dishes that use seasonal produce and prioritise plant-based ingredients. To save even more, consider purchasing items like grains and legumes in bulk.

The Home Stretch

woman running down roadHello dear Tamar community, today is the first time I get to contribute to our email as the new owner of Tamar Chiropractic & Allied Health and it’s a treat to get to do so.

Thank you to each of you for trusting us to take care of you and your family. It is a very special thing to be involved with the health and lives of the community you live in.

Now we’re on the home stretch of winter, it’s a perfect time to re-energise and re-inspire ourselves to bust out of our winter hibernation. I’m loving getting back into running and exploring the Gorge tracks as well as those around the North Esk. If you’ve a favourite walking or running track, please share it with me.

Speaking of re-energising, no one embodies that more than our new/newly returned chiropractor, Dr Chan Park! Welcome back Dr Chan. Chan has spent the last six months learning and growing his expertise (and biceps) in Victoria and is now back practicing in his home town Launceston as well as our Devonport practice. It’s great to have you back mate.

Happy wintering,

Dr Ian
