Having sensed the need to access a daily lemon drink after reading the article it would be good to know the recommended amount of lemon juice for each daily intake.

Hi Glenn, great question and it’s varied to each individual. My approach has been to have the amount that doesn’t move into unpleasant sour territory or that upsets digestion. For me, thats 1/4 - 1/2 of a lemon into a 500ml glass of water. Hope that helps, Ian
