Meet Jiahui Mai

Massage Therapist
Alden has always been drawn to traditional hands-on therapy. After moving to Australia, he decided to build on what he already knew by studying remedial massage. During his training, he developed an interest in combining Western soft-tissue techniques with traditional meridian-based methods. His approach starts with listening closely to each person.
Training and Experience
Alden holds a Diploma of Remedial Massage from The Australian College of Eastern Medicine (2024). He also completed Neuromyofascial Dry Needling training through Sunshine Health Profession Education in 2024. He has more than three years of clinical experience combining meridian therapy with Western soft-tissue techniques, and he regularly works with people dealing with myofascial tightness, muscular pain, and sports-related muscle niggles.
What Keeps Him Going
Ask Alden what he enjoys most, and his answer is simple. He loves working with people who want to feel more comfortable and move more freely. Having time to listen and tailor each session to the person is what makes the work rewarding for him.
He’s passionate about bringing traditional and Western methods together, and he keeps learning so he can keep sharpening his skills. Over the years, his view of health has broadened, too. To him, it’s not just about easing pain in the moment. He also values good movement habits and regular self-care between appointments.
What to Expect
Alden brings a calm, patient, and easy-going manner to appointments. He takes the time to listen and wants everyone to feel comfortable and respected from their very first visit. His family lives overseas, and he values kindness, hard work, and respect. You’ll see all three in every session.
Life Outside the Clinic
When he’s not at work, you’ll probably find Alden cooking up something at home or planning his next trip somewhere new. Both help him reset and keep life in balance.
