We’re excited to invite you back for our annual Community Appreciation Day – a morning dedicated to celebrating our patients and the wider Tamar community.

Just like the past two years, we’ll be hosting a relaxed, family-friendly event filled with connection, laughter and a little extra wellness to say thank you for being part of our community.

Whether you’re a current patient, have visited us before, or are a friend or neighbour interested in learning more, we’d love you to join us.

It’s a relaxed, welcoming environment designed for the whole family.

Free Initial Spinal Assessments (New Patients)

We’ll once again be offering complimentary 15-minute initial spinal assessments for anyone new to the practice or new to chiropractic.

These sessions include:

• A discussion about your health history
• A condensed orthopaedic examination
• Referral for X-rays if clinically indicated

If clinically appropriate, a follow-up appointment may be booked for a more comprehensive assessment, your first adjustment, and discussion of a personalised care plan.

Appointments are limited and must be booked in advance.

We’re continuing our Refer-a-Friend Competition again this year.

Refer a Friend & Win

Here’s how it works:

1. Invite a friend who is new to the practice.
2. They must call the practice and book their free initial appointment on Saturday, 28th March.
3. When booking, they need to let reception know who referred them.
